How Do We Make Our Cast Stone?
We produce and install cast stone slab products, often referred to as cultured marble, cast marble, cast stone, or Tyvarian marble. In a nutshell, we take crushed stone, mix it with a specialized resin, cast it by hand into forms, and then cure it into solid, permanently sealed, beautiful slabs. During this process, we add pigments or inks to produce a wide range of colors and realistic, natural-looking patterns. This means along with being durable, our custom marble comes in a huge variety of colors, patterns, shapes, and sizes to create a unique look specific for your project.
